Dribblers FH LLC ("Dribblers FH," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website dribblersfieldhockey.com and provides field hockey training services, including Private 1-on-1 Training, Small Group Training, the Elite Development Program, Camps & Clinics, and merchandise sales through our Pro Shop (collectively, the "Services"). We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit the Site.
Children's Information
Some of our athletes are minors. We collect information about minor athletes directly from a parent or legal guardian during registration, not from the child directly online. We use this information solely to provide, schedule, and manage training services, and to communicate with the athlete's parent or guardian. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us directly without parental consent, contact us at dribblersfh@gmail.com and we will address it promptly.
How We Use Your Information
To schedule, confirm, and manage training sessions, camps, and the Elite Development Program; to process payments and manage subscriptions; to communicate with parents/guardians about scheduling and progress; to ensure athlete safety based on any medical information shared with us; to share photos or videos for marketing purposes only where you have given consent; and to improve our Services and respond to inquiries.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party providers, including Acuity Scheduling and its connected payment processor (Stripe or Square), as well as Squarespace Commerce for Pro Shop purchases. We do not store your full payment card details ourselves.
Photos, Video, and Testimonials
We may photograph or record athletes during training, camps, or events for use on our Site, social media, or promotional materials. We will ask for your consent as part of registration, and you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us run Dribblers FH, including Squarespace, Acuity Scheduling, Stripe or Square, and Google (for registration forms).
