These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dribblers FH LLC website dribblersfieldhockey.com and your registration for or participation in any Dribblers FH training service, including Private 1-on-1 Training, Small Group Training, the Elite Development Program, Camps & Clinics, and purchases from our Pro Shop. By registering, booking a session, or using the Site, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your minor athlete.
Eligibility and Registration
Services involving minor athletes require registration by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted, including medical or health information relevant to training safety.
Scheduling and Attendance
Sessions should be booked at least 1 day in advance through our scheduling system. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your session start time. Private 1-on-1 and Small Group Training take place at 2555 NE 151st Street, North Miami, FL 33160. Elite Development Program sessions take place at 20901 NE 16th Ave, Miami, FL 33179. Additional fees may apply for training at other requested locations.
Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
You can pay for Private 1-on-1 and Small Group Training directly online by card, or by Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or Cash by contacting us directly. The Elite Development Program is billed exclusively through our online monthly subscription and is not available through Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or Cash. Elite Development Program enrollment is open before each month's first session and closes once that month's sessions begin, reopening ahead of the following month. You may cancel your Elite Development Program subscription at any time; to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, notify us at dribblersfh@gmail.com before your next scheduled payment date. Cancellations do not include a refund for the current month already paid. Single-session cancellations must be submitted by email to dribblersfh@gmail.com or Instagram message to @dribblersfh_ at least 8 hours before the scheduled session start time. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this window, or for missed sessions without prior notice.
Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
Field hockey and related physical training involve an inherent risk of injury. By registering for or participating in any Dribblers FH Service, the parent/guardian (or adult athlete) acknowledges and accepts these risks, as further detailed in our Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver, which is a required part of enrollment.
Code of Conduct
Athletes, parents, and guardians are expected to treat coaches, staff, and other participants with respect. Dribblers FH reserves the right to remove any participant from a session or program for conduct that endangers the safety or wellbeing of others.
Photo, Video, and Media Release
Dribblers FH may photograph or record training sessions, camps, and events for use in marketing and promotional materials, subject to the consent described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including the Dribblers FH name, logo, branding, and written materials, is the property of Dribblers FH LLC and may not be used without permission.
Pro Shop Purchases
Products purchased through the Pro Shop are subject to the payment processing and shipping terms presented at checkout, and applicable Florida sales tax.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dribblers FH LLC's liability for any claim arising from participation in our Services is limited as set out in the Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver signed at registration.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
