The complete path for players ready to reach the next level.The Elite Development Program goes beyond a single session or skill — it's a full monthly system built around total athlete development: technique, strength and conditioning, tactical understanding, and mental performance, all coached with intention. Through monthly Development Labs, video analysis, an At-Home Growth Plan, and direct progress tracking, every player gets a complete, structured path forward — both on the field and off it.This is for the athlete who's ready to commit to becoming her best version of the game.
1 on 1 Session
$75 per hour
One coach. One player. Total focus on the fundamentals that matter most for your game.Every 1-on-1 session is built entirely around the athlete in front of us; their position, their weaknesses, their goals. No shared attention, no generic drills. Just direct, real-time coaching on stickwork, first touch, footwork, and vision, refined rep by rep until it becomes second nature.This is where technical mastery starts.
Small group session
$60 per hour/athlete
Real competition. Real feedback. Small enough to still get seen.Small Group sessions bring together up to 4 players at a similar level, so every athlete still gets individual coaching; just with the added pressure and energy of training alongside others. It's where technique meets competition: players sharpen their fundamentals while learning to execute under the kind of pressure only teammates can create.The result: faster development, built through both coaching and competition.SCHEDULING & LOCATION POLICY
